Nero’s Neighbourhood is where you will find stores/businesses that I have used, some very frequently. I endorse them all and suggest you give their products or services a try. This is especially true during the COVID-19 time of our lives. Local small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy. In BC they provide 75% of all jobs. The economy is a big circle of flowing money and small business is the foundation. Check out the wonderful people in Nero’s Neighbourhood. Support your local neighbours. They need your help right now. More than ever before!

If your stomach is nudging you to look to see if it is time to eat some comfort food then check out Ding Hao Noodle House right here in the Creekside Village. I have been eating here for years and I am picky. It’s family owned and run by the nicest people.

I would list my favourite dishes but it would take the rest of this page. I will comment that the base broth of their noodle soup dishes is excellent. Perfect for a colder day or a day when you need a food smile. They do take out as well. (604) 552-5777

Creekside Coffee Factory

mmm… hot steaming coffee roasted on premise right here in Creekside Village. Aromatic, layered and oh so satisfying Creekside Coffee Factory roasts their own beans to distinct flavour profiles that I bet you will love as much as I do.

Jay, the owner, is an engaging host and dedicated to the craft of roasting coffee beans. He makes me crave coffee every day when he roasts and the fragrance wafts up to the rooms of my office. Clever marketing wouldn’t you agree?
