Fee Schedule For Dr. Nero

Chiropractic

Initial visit – $105.00
Subsequent Visit – $60.00

Reduced fee for children 17 and under years of age.
Initial visit – $75.00
Subsequent Visit – $50.00

The fees for premium assistance patients (see note below for qualifications) are:
$77.00 user fee for initial treatment
$37.00 user fee for subsequent treatments

Patients are reminded to check with their employer for extended coverage through companies such as Blue Cross, Great West Life, Sun Life and Green Shield, etc. This office does not direct bill to extended health insurance companies. We do provide receipts you require for reimbursement either printed directly during your office visit or via email delivery.

Patients who earn an income of less than $30,000.00 per year or patients with a valid status card are usually eligible for a partial subsidy from Medical Services Plan. These patients are entitled to 10 combined chiropractor, massage, physiotherapy and naturopath visits in a calendar year. Our staff is happy to verify your coverage prior to your first appointment.

ICBC, WorkSafe BC, RCMP and Veteran Affairs

We accept ICBC, WorkSafe BC, RCMP and Veteran Affairs claims.

ICBC has changed their policy regarding the claims coverage as of April 1st, 2019. Please call the office and ask for Bev if you have any questions. She is our ICBC billing guru!

WorkSafe BC provides coverage for chiropractic treatment of your workplace related injury. It is important to get started on treatment immediately for your injury. Call the office for an appointment as soon as possible post injury.

RCMP and Veteran Affairs claims are billed directly to the specific department for each. Please call the office and ask for Bev if you have any questions. She is also our RCMP and Veteran Affairs billing guru!

Orthotics

Custom Orthotics – $339.00 (Includes initial assessment, follow up fittings, and any required adjustments to orthotic devices for the first 6 months post delivery).

If you have extended health insurance that includes coverage for orthotics you are responsible for finding out what the reimbursement requirements are for your plan. Every plan has different requirements and you will have to contact your insurer directly or consult the beneficiary handbook. The latter can be done online now via your insurer’s website. We will provide you with all the paperwork you need once the requirements have been determined by your investigation.

Types of Payment Accepted

Our office accepts payment via cash, Interac, cheque, Visa or Master Card.

Payment is due when service is rendered.
