Nero's Downloads

Welcome to My Download Page

On this page and its subpages you will find information, links to pdf documents, links to video or links to other websites that I list for their special benefit to your pursuit of wellness. If I have directed you here specifically and you cannot find the item then let me know as the link may be down for some reason.

Please carefully read any instructions on the following links. Performing a seemingly positive action incorrectly can certainly give you a negative unwelcomed outcome. Doing it correctly and consistently results in good habits and great wellness in your body and soul. Enjoy.

To Move Is To Live

Tri-Cities walking/hiking trail suggestions.

This link leads to a useful website search page that lists walking/hiking trails for virtually anywhere in North America with maps, comments, etc. If you have your own favourite trail you can submit it to the website for everyone else to use. You can use the search function on this page to quickly pull up a list of trails for Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam or anywhere you want in Lower Mainland or as I said before - North America. Use it well and use it often.

For Your Heart and Soul

Father Forgets

Along the same vein of thought is this video of a poem by W. Livingston Larned as read by Dale Carnegie. The poem was orginally in The People's Home Journal, ironically, a magazine printed from 1886 to 1929 targeting women as its readership. From what information I can find the author, Mr. Larned, was an influential advertising expert and author of a basic text on art direction in advertising. He is best known for writing this poem entitled 'Father Forgets' which is just as poignant today as it was when it was written almost 100 years ago.
